Encrypt a message client-side and pack it directly into a shareable link - nothing is ever sent to or stored on any server, not even temporarily. Whoever holds the full link can decrypt it, so treat the link itself as the secret. An optional passphrase adds a second required layer you can send through a separate channel.
A link left sitting in browser history, a chat log, or an email thread is still a copy of the secret. "Self-destruct" below only means this browser stops re-displaying it after the first open - it can't reach into anyone else's history, and it can't un-send a link you've already shared.
