Rewrite text in a handful of stock voices - word/phrase substitution, not a language model, so it's fast, offline, and completely predictable. These lean on the familiar internet-meme version of each register (especially Ye Olde English's letter-doubling), not scholarly accuracy - a real Elizabethan would not recognize half of this as their own speech, and that's fine.
